- 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, chopped.
